Renting with Rover : A dog-bite case before the Ohio Supreme Court could reshape pet rental policies statewide. The justices are weighing whether housing providers can be held liable when a tenant’s dog injures someone in a shared space, even if the landlord did nothing wrong. The argument is that they “harbor” the dog by allowing it to live on the property.
