The latest figures from Social Security Scotland show there are currently 484,055 people in receipt of Adult Disability Payment (ADP). The devolved benefit has now replaced Personal independence Payment (PIP) for new and existing claimants with a Scottish postcode.
This means people will see their ADP award reviewed by Social Security Scotland. The date of your review is on your award letter, however, around one month before that date you will receive a letter from Social Security Scotland letting you know a review pack will arrive - usually within 10 days - which has to be completed and returned by a specified date.
