Just days after a bankruptcy judge allowed them to stay in their apartments, residents of the Leland House in downtown Detroit have been forced to evacuate and the building is completely shut down.
The Detroit Fire Marshal ordered the evacuation on Wednesday night, Dec. 10, after a power outage left the run-down, 22-story apartment building cold and dark.
