COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said a 12-year-old missing for nearly 24 hours was found safe Thursday.

RCSD said Joel Inbody was located after last being seen at around noon on Wednesday. He reportedly left home driving his father’s vehicle.
