The Game Awards 2025 are almost here. The biggest night in gaming sees host Geoff Keighly dish out shiny awards to the very best games of the past 12 months. But I know what you really care about, the world premieres and exciting reveals of new games.

This year’s nominees are dominated by acclaimed RPG Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, which has a record-setting 13 nods, including Game of the Year. The other 2025 video games competing for the top prize of the night include Donkey Kong: Bananza, Hades 2, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Hollow Knight Silksong, and Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.
