MADERA, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man has been hospitalized after police say he was stabbed in Madera.
Police say it happened at an apartment complex on Linden Street and Sunset Avenue on Thursday, around 8:30 a.m.
Authorities have not said what led up to the stabbing, but identified the suspect as 30-year-old Amanda Rose.
The victim was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, where he is expected to survive.
Officers say Rose was driving near Sunset Ave and Mainberry Drive. She led police on a short pursuit but was stopped and taken into custody.
Rose will be booked in the Madera County Jail on multiple felony charges, including attempted murder.
