MILILANI (HawaiiNewsNow) - Emergency Medical Services co-responded to a pedestrian who was hit by a car and suffered multiple injuries on Thursday.

The accident took place at 6:45 a.m. at Meheula Parkway and Makaikai St.

EMS said a 58-year-old woman suffered serious injuries. She was treated by EMS and transported to the emergency room for further treatment.

Police are still on the scene.
