These are some of the programs Michigan House Republicans stripped state funding from after voting Wednesday to halt nearly $645 million in continued support, House Democrats say.

“Yesterday’s vote was in truth one of the most corrupt abuses of power and unprecedented displays of cruelty that I’ve ever seen during my time here in Lansing,” state Rep.
