Blanchard Valley Health System is proud to congratulate the graduates of our nursing residency program!

Throughout this program, these nurses have gone from shadowing to precepting to caring for patients independently. Now, they are skilled nurses, bedside leaders, and even mentors to new associates. They have experienced an intense six months of growth and hard work, and they will continue this growth throughout their professional careers.
