KINGMAN, AZ (AZFamily) — One person is a couple thousand dollars richer after snagging a Powerball win this week in northwest Arizona!
Arizona Lottery officials announced that a lucky person hit a $50,000 Powerball win in Wednesday night’s drawing. The ticket was sold at an Arizona State Lottery office inside of a Kingman Walmart, located near Stockton Hill Road and Airway Avenue.
The numbers drawn were 10, 16, 29, 33 and 69 with Powerball number 22.
No one won the grand Powerball jackpot, which now sits at an estimated $1 billion! The next drawing will take place on Saturday, December 13.
Any player who wins the $1 billion jackpot will have the choice of receiving the full prize amount in 29 annual payments or a lump sum payment estimated at $461.3 million.
