An elderly customer at a Gateshead Asda was reunited with his wallet after it was hand-delivered to his home by the supermarket's security worker. Andy Collins has worked at the Gateshead Asda for 14 years, and sees 99-year-old regular customer Bob Tait a few times a week.

Andy said "I've known Bob for quite a few years and we always have a chat and a bit of banter when he comes in. He'd been in for some shopping but couldn't find his wallet which had his bank cards in.

"We looked around the store in the aisles where he'd been, but couldn't find it.

"The next day, a customer came in to say they'd found it outside the store, so I asked my manager if I could pop out and take it to Bob, as he didn't live very far
