FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A Huntertown man accused of child exploitation and possession of child sexual abuse material was arrested Thursday.
Nathan P. Ross, 44, is facing two counts of each charge. In total, the charges carry a potential prison sentence of 29 years.
Last week, Ross allegedly communicated with an undercover officer on the app “Sniffies,” which is “commonly used by men to set up anonymous meetings,” according to court records obtained by 21Investigates.
He’s accused of asking the officer if he would engage in sex acts with a “very very young” girl, then sending the officer apparent child sexual abuse material, court documents say.
