CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - A person was found unresponsive in a car in north Charlotte on Thursday morning, according to police.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said on Thursday, Dec. 11, around 9:30 a.m., they found a person unresponsive inside a car on Sanders Avenue.

Police said that the person was dead and the cause of death is undetermined at this time.

A source told WBTV that the car of Frezja Baker was found at the site of the death investigation on Sanders Avenue.

Baker was reported missing on Tuesday, Dec. 9. She was last seen at the corner of Lasalle Street and Newcastle Street, which is approximately 1.5 miles away from where her vehicle was found on Sanders Avenue.

At the time of this writing, it was unclear whether the person found inside the car was Baker.
