FULTON COUNTY - A Perth foster family program coordinator will succeed Anne Solar as Fulton County Department of Social Services commissioner, the county announced Thursday.

Trista Gordon, the therapeutic foster family program coordinator for Northern Rivers Family of Services in Gloversville, was named to the position earlier this week.
