LIVINGSTON, Texas (KTRE) - The Livingston Police Department says Henry Chase, who was reported missing Thursday afternoon, has been found safe.

Chase was last seen at approximately 12:30 p.m. today in Livingston. He is believed to be driving a 2015 black Chevrolet Impala. Chase has been diagnosed with dementia, and his medical providers indicate he has critical medical needs, making it important that he be located as soon as possible, according to Livingston police.
