A man was charged with several felonies after he struck and killed a pedestrian while he fled from police Thursday morning.
Denzel Trevon Gordon, 30, has been preliminarily charged with felony resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and causing death, leaving the scene of a crash causing death, reckless homicide, unlicensed driver causing death, possession of a firearm by a felon and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, the Fort Wayne Police Department announced Thursday evening. He has also faces misdemeanor charges of resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene of a crash.
