3 mothers of Arkansas education account users get court’s approval to intervene in lawsuit challenging program

Three mothers of Educational Freedom Account holders will be allowed to intervene in a lawsuit challenging the program's constitutionality after a divided Supreme Court ruled in their favor Thursday.
