GADSDEN, S.C. (WIS) - Richland County leaders reached a major infrastructure milestone, marking the 100th dirt road paved through the transportation penny tax program.

Two rural county roads, Nathan Ridge Lane and Jackson Road, have received long-awaited upgrades

The two roads, both located off Bluff Road in the southeast part of the county, were part of a four-road, $1.3 million project that took about 13 months to complete.
