CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The 28th annual Grand Illumination, held on Wednesday night at the Ting Pavilion, was a spectacle filled with a number of amazing performances as well as a wide variety of vendors.

"I've been doing glass blowing for 10 years, but we have had the shop for three and a half years — two years at the Grand Illumination — but we love the Charlottesville City Market," said Elder McMurtrey, owner of Studio 1050.
