RIDGEFIELD, CT. (WFSB) - A woman who tried to poison her husband was arrested for tampering with evidence and perjury.

State police said that 33-year-old Kristen Hogan turned herself in Thursday morning. She was charged with three counts of perjury and one count of tampering with physical evidence.

She was previously arrested after state police say she tried to poison her husband with the main ingredient in antifreeze.

It is alleged that Hogan brought used her nephew instead of her son for a court-ordered DNA test.

State police used surveillance to catch Hogan.
