A stunt skydive over Tully Airport in Australia's Queensland turned into a terrifying emergency when a jumper was left dangling 15,000 feet in the air after their parachute snagged on the plane’s tail.

Australian authorities on Thursday released heart-stopping footage of the incident, which happened south of Cairns during a planned 16-way formation jump in September. The video, published by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau (ATSB), shows how the routine stunt descended into chaos within seconds of the first skydiver reaching the plane’s exit point.
