CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Detectives with the Clarksville Police Department are looking for suspects in a shooting that sent a man to a Nashville hospital with multiple gunshot wounds on Thursday night.

Clarksville Police officers responded to a home on Park Lane around 11:45 p.m. and found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his lower back.

He was air-lifted to Nashville for treatment, but he is expected to recover, according to Clarksville PD.

Detectives believe the shooting was targeted and are working to determine who was involved.
