The King is set to share reflections on his personal battle with cancer whilst emphasising the critical nature of early detection in a heartfelt message due to be aired this evening. Charles, who received a diagnosis for an undisclosed cancer type in the early months of last year and remains under ongoing medical care, is participating in Stand Up To Cancer 2025, a collaborative initiative between Cancer Research UK and Channel 4 .

Commencing this Monday, the seven-day initiative seeks to heighten awareness surrounding the vital role of prompt diagnosis, generate funds for cancer research, and provide support to all individuals impacted by the disease.
