After the Indiana Senate voted to reject the redistricting plan on Thursday, Dec. 11, Lt. Gov. Micah Beckwith took aim at the Republicans who voted against the redistricting in a social media post, saying they opted for "disloyalty" and "dishonor."
"Today, the Indiana Senate faced a simple choice: Stand and fight a Marxist movement… or choose dishonor," Beckwith wrote. "They chose dishonor."
In his lengthy 1,578 character X post, he praises President Donald Trump heavily, saying that he "fought harder for Hoosier values… and American values… than any president in my lifetime."
Beckwith further explains why he feels the Republicans who voted against the redistricting betrayed Trump.
