Mohamed Salah will return to Liverpool’s squad for Saturday’s game against Brighton after ‘peace talks’ with Arne Slot, according to reports.
Salah sensationally claimed he had been ‘thrown under the bus’ by Liverpool and had ‘no relationship’ with head coach Slot in a public interview following the 3-3 draw at Leeds United last week.
The Egypt international, one of the biggest legends in Liverpool’s history, was subsequently dropped for the 1-0 win over Inter Milan on Tuesday.
It was suggested that Salah’s future at Anfield was firmly in doubt but the 33-year-old is now back in the squad for this weekend’s clash with Brighton, The Guardian have reported.
