Former Michigan football coach Sherrone Moore was charged with felony home invasion and two misdemeanors on Friday, Dec. 12, in 14A-1 District Court in Ann Arbor.
A prosecutor said that on Wednesday, Dec. 10, Moore went into the home of a woman with whom he'd had a relationship, grabbed knives out of a kitchen drawer and made threats.
"I'm going to kill myself, I'm going to make you watch. My blood is on your hands," said Kati Rezmierski, first assistant prosecutor for Washtenaw County, quoting what she believes Moore said.
She said he is a danger to the public, but Moore's lawyer disagreed.
