BOSTON —

Crews are investigating after a Honda Pilot slammed into a porch of a home daycare in Boston, Massachusetts, on Friday afternoon.

Sky5 was over the scene on Cummins Highway in Mattapan around 1:45 p.m. Authorities had the area taped off with significant damage done to the front stairs of the residence.

The driver was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries, according to the Boston Police Department.

Nobody was inside of the daycare at the time of the crash.

The incident remains under investigation and it's unclear if the driver will face any charges.
