ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WFSB) - A water main break is impeding traffic on the Silas Deane Highway.

The Rocky Hill Police Department says the water main break is at the intersection of Town Line Road.

The state Department of Transportation says I-91 northbound is closed at the exit 24 offramp.

Officials are asking drivers to avoid the area.
