KNOXVILLE, Tenn — A man has been arrested and charged with sale and delivery of Schedule II drugs, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, according the Knoxville Police Department.
Rosanne Foster, 45, was arrested after KPD executed a search warrant at two homes in Knoxville. This was part of an ongoing investigation into cocaine distribution, KPD said.
KPD said the homes, located on Speedway Circle and Catalpa Avenue, and individuals associated with them were determined to be involved in drug distribution by the Drug Related Death Task Force.
