One of my fondest memories of the festive period growing up was going to watch the Chuckle Brothers perform at the pantomime in my hometown, Darlington. A panto is the one thing that really gets me in the mood for Christmas, I see it as the start of festivities - so, going to the panto every December is a tradition I've carried on ever since.

And, after complaining I'd been lacking that spirit I really hoped the Epstein Theatre's Cinderella pantomime, starring Coronation Street's Katie McGlynn as Cinderella, was going to kickstart it for me - and was I right.
