The fall season is over, so it’s time to look back at some of the biggest standout performers this year.

The Oregonian/OregonLive athlete of the year finalists are gathered based on season finishes and performances at the state championships. The winner is decided on by writers from The Oregonian/OregonLive.

Here are the finalists for the girls soccer player of the year. Vote below for who you think the winner should be.

Frances Reuland, Lincoln

Reuland has been the leader for Lincoln for years, and has kept the Cardinals in a position to compete every year. The Portland Interscholastic League co-Player of the Year was the spark as the Cardinals went 16-2 in 2025, winning the PIL outright with a 2-1 win over Grant on Oct. 13 and made it to the state semifinals. Reuland scored 23 goals
