As the fallout from Sherrone Moore’s firing continues to unfold, Michigan’s football team is still preparing for its final game of the 2025 season.

The Wolverines’ official X account posted Friday for the first time since Moore was dismissed Wednesday for engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a staff member, sharing three photos of the team practicing in Ann Arbor with a caption: “Focused on the next game.”

Amid a chaotic week that has included the firing and arrest of Moore and a search for a new coach, No. 18 Michigan’s Dec. 31 matchup against No. 13 Texas in the Citrus Bowl in Orlando will be played as scheduled.
