CHEYENNE — The State Construction Department budget requests for the upcoming session reflect the need for additional financial support and staff as the department prepares to take on new responsibilities and manage existing ones.

During Thursday’s meeting of the Wyoming Legislature’s Joint Appropriations Committee, representatives of the department outlined the ongoing successes and challenges that the department has faced, which will continue to shape its work moving forward.
