Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, 32, suffered horror injuries while on a rollercoaster with his girlfriend - his death was later ruled an accident by investigators

A man, 32, horrifically died after he suffered spine-chilling injuries on a popular rollercoaster ride.

Kevin Rodriguez Zavala had been on a high-speed rollercoaster but was found unresponsive and slouched over in his seat at the end, according to a police report. The man had visited Universal Epic Universe theme park, in Orlando, Florida , and went on the Stardust Racers coaster which reached speeds up to 62 mph (100 kph) but sadly died. A medical examiner's report released on Friday showed that the left side of Zavala's forehead had a deep gash, and the bony ridge above his eye was fractured.
