FLINT, MI— Carman-Ainsworth hosted Grand Blanc in a high school boys basketball game on Friday, Dec. 12.
The game began with immediate intensity as both teams engaged in an intense, physical game in a packed gymnasium.
Grand Blanc came out ready to play, leading 32-24 heading into the locker rooms at half.
In the second half, Grand Blanc continued their success — pushing themselves to a confident 50-36 lead at the end of the third quarter.
Despite Carman-Ainsworth’s tough style of attacking the paint, Grand Blanc played just as physically on defense and drove the score 67-50 to take the win.
Grand Blanc was led in scoring by Caseton Sendry with 15 points, followed closely by teammate Emmanuel Cooley with 14 points.
