Bristol auctioneer picks his two favourite properties of 2025 View 3 Images

It's been another weird and wonderful year in the auction houses of Bristol and the South West.

From derelict bookies in Easton to slices of beach in Portishead , a huge range of properties has gone under the hammer in 2025.

We asked Olly Hollis, director at local auctioneer Hollis Morgan, to pick his two stand out sales from the past twelve months.

"As I reflect back on another eventful year in the world of West Country property auctions there are two lots that stand out for very different reasons – the most memorable and the one I would most want for myself!" he said.
