Raymond Arthur Nadeau, 91, of Chepachet, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Dec. 10, 2025.

He was born on Nov. 8, 1934, in Pawtucket and was the son of the late Napoleon J. Nadeau and Irene (Colette) Shuler.

Raymond married Cora B. Champlin of Chepachet on Aug. 11, 1956. Together they raised three sons, Raymond Jr., Randall, and Jamie. Raymond held many different roles as a lifelong laborer, and served the town of Glocester DPW until his retirement in 1999.

Raymond was a provider in every sense of the word. He worked two jobs for many years, supported his wife through nursing school and cared for his home, his yard, his children and grandchildren and his wife’s many pets.
