TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The family of five-year-old Missy Mogle joined community members in southeast Tallahassee to honor her life by planting a tree at a playground where she loved to play.
Missy’s grandmother, Pepper Mogle, attended the emotional memorial along with other family members and residents of the Southwood community. Together, they planted a red oak tree as a lasting tribute to the young girl.
“She was a very loving, high-spirited little girl who always had a smile on her face no matter what,” said her grandmother, Pepper Mogle, with tears in her eyes.
