A house in Blackwood that sold for $725,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Washington Township in the past week.

The area saw a total of eight residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $344,500, or $206 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

8. $1,000, single-family residence at 225 Lakeside Ave.

A 1,993-square-foot single-family home at 225 Lakeside Ave. in Blackwood has been sold. The price was $1,000, $1 per square foot. The house was built in 1965. The deal was finalized on Nov. 18.

7. $295K, detached house at 20 Wilson Ave.
