A house that sold for just under $1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in West New York in the past week.

The area saw a total of 22 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $712,584, or $313 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $406K, condominium at 62 69th Street APT503

A sale has been finalized for a condominium at 62 69th Street APT503 in Guttenberg. The price was $405,660. The condo was built in 2018 and the living area totals 755 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $537. The deal was finalized on Nov. 10.
