HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Families visited the Hastings Museum on Saturday to escape the cold and embrace the holiday spirit during the museum’s seasonal event.
The Hastings Museum offered families opportunities to create arts and crafts, play games and meet with Santa Claus. Activities were lined up throughout the museum to get visitors into the holiday spirit.
Children could style a ginger bread man or take pictures with a human-sized ginger bread figure. Kids also had access to a play area.
“I played with my brother,” one child said. “I would run away from him and he would catch me.”
While kids were playing, some focused on arts and crafts. Families were excited to see their kids show their creative side.
