The fallout from the Sherrone Moore scandal at the University of Michigan may still be in its early stages. While the school has terminated the football coach, it will have a lot to deal with in the coming weeks and possibly even months.

At least two recruits have already decommitted from the football program since Moore’s firing.

Offensive lineman Bear McWhorter, who had committed to the university back in February, announced his decision to play elsewhere on Friday.

“In light of recent of recent events, I’ve made the very difficult decision to withdraw my NLI. I’m grateful to the staff at UM for everything they’ve done,” the OL shared via X on Friday.

Tight end Matt Ludwig also committed to Texas Tech on Friday. Ludwig changed his mind about Michigan on Thursday, telling Rivals t
