CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — When the dust settled on a wild two days of the 31 st annual Walsh Jesuit Ironman Tournament, six wrestlers from Northeast Ohio finished in the top eight of their respective weight classes, with two more winning their first Ironman titles.
In the end, Brecksville 113-pound senior Rylan Seacrist became the fourth Ironman champion in program history – joining Jeremy Johnson, Julian Tagg and Gabriel Tagg. And St. Edward senior 138-pounder Karson Brown became the Eagles’ first Ironman champion since Paddy Gallagher in 2019 – snapping an uncharacteristic six-year drought for one of the best wrestling programs in the state.
