Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback Julian Sayin was one of the finalists for the Heisman Trophy, but unfortunately came up short to Indiana Hoosiers signal caller Fernando Mendoza.

While it was disappointing to see Sayin miss out on the Heisman, the fact of the matter is that he is a first-year starter. There is nothing for him to hang his head about. He'll be right back in the running next season.

Sayin and company are gearing up for the upcoming College Football Playoff. Ohio State will be the No. 2 seed in the playoff and will play the winner of Texas A&M and Miami.
