Top-ranked Grand View played a defensive battle against No. 5 Benedictine College in snowy conditions in the heart of Des Moines.

The No. 1 Vikings defeated Benedictine 17-10 in the NAIA FCS National Semifinals on Saturday afternoon.

Grand View improved to 13-0 and advanced to the national championship game, extending their winning streak to 27 games.

The NAIA FCS National Championship will a rematch of the 2024 title game against No. 2 Keiser University. The game is Saturday, Dec. 20.
