Colleen M. Horwedel

Colleen M. Horwedel Colleen M. Horwedel, 63, of Port St. Lucie Florida, passed away on Tuesday December 9, 2025 after a brief illness, surrounded by her family and undoubtedly on a sunny day if she had anything to say about it.

Formerly of Schenectady, she was born on April 3, 1962 and graduated from Niskayuna High School in 1980. She went on to live a life full of love, laughter and more stray animals than anyone could count. She had a soft spot for every cat that crossed her path and welcomed anyone in need through her door, usually with a warm meal ready to go. She never turned down a chance to socialize or simply enjoy time with people she loved.
