The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board approved a site plan review for a multi-residence development during its recent meeting.
The project is called Cadence DU3 Multi-Residence and at the southwest corner of Crimson Road and Williams Field Road, according to board documents. The request was made by applicant Scott Belford of Studio 15 Architecture on behalf of site owner KIW Mesa Silver Valley Venture LLC.
The board voted 6-0 with board member Genessee Montes absent on Dec. 10 to recommend the project for approval.
The site plan is made up of 302 units in 18 residential buildings along a clubhouse. There will be a mix of studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with 518 parking spaces, according to board documents. The site plan previously was approved by the board in 2022 and modified in 2024.
