The Edge Sarasota, a 10-story, luxury condominium building in downtown Sarasota , is on schedule for a fall 2026 completion.

On Dec. 11, principals from Jebco Ventures and ORE Development, the team behind the development, signed a concrete plinth that will be part of the building. The moment marks the pouring of the top floor of the condominium community.
