A winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) in Mount Holly at 12:29 a.m. Dec. 14.

This warning applies to Gloucester, Camden, northwestern Burlington counties in New Jersey, Delaware, Philadelphia, eastern Chester, eastern Montgomery and lower Bucks counties in Pennsylvania.

"If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency," the NWS warning stated. "The latest road conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by calling 511."
