The holiday season, regardless of where you work, is always a busy time; working at an airport is even more so. Working for the TSA at JFK airport during the holiday season, with its high increase of passengers that creates a tense, overwhelming, and sometimes chaotic environment, is an exercise in patience for most TSOs (Transportation Security Officers).
